🔄 Siliguri Ring Road (180 km Mega Project)

A massive 180 km ring road around Siliguri has had its DPR (Detailed Project Report) finalized as of June 24. Work will be done in two phases — the first 85 km stretch will be prioritized and fast-tracked. The route will run from the Gorakhpur–Bagdogra expressway through Panighata, linking NH-10 at Salugara and continuing via Sevoke to Odlabari.

🚧 NH-10 Status (Siliguri–Kalimpong–Sikkim)

As of today, June 27, the NH-10 from Siliguri is open and road conditions are stable. However, a landslide is recorded nearby today. During monsoon disruptions, the standard alternate routes remain: Munsong–17th Mile–Algarah–Lava–Gorubathan for small vehicles and Reshi–Pedong–Algarah–Lava–Gorubathan for heavy vehicles.
