Inter Village Football Tournament 2026 grand final to be held at Nandok Secondary School

The grand finale of the Inter Village Football Tournament 2026 will be held on Friday, July 3, at the Nandok Secondary School Playground under the 23-Shyari Constituency. The event has been organized by The United Nandok Organizing Committee, which has invited the public to attend the final celebration and support the teams.

The final match will see United Nandok face Gumpa Dara in what is expected to be an exciting contest for the championship title. Along with the main match, the programme will also include a special veteran exhibition match, an under-14 boys’ match, and a cultural programme featuring local talents.

According to the organisers, the celebration aims to promote sportsmanship, youth participation, and community spirit in the region. The tournament is being held under the theme “Kick for Goals, Not for Addiction,” highlighting the importance of sports as a positive force for young people.

Hon’ble MLA Shri Tenzing Norbu Lamtha will attend the event as the chief guest. The organisers have said that the presence of local supporters, sports lovers, and community members will add to the success of the grand finale.

The programme will begin at 2:00 PM onwards at the Nandok School Playground. Residents from surrounding villages are expected to gather in large numbers for the final match and the closing celebration of the tournament.
